Villa Minoas
While you are in our private pool you can overlook the emerald waters of the sea while you swim. You can walk as well our wonderful forest path right next door. With Villa Minoas you surprisingly combine the mountain with the sea. The villa includes a private parking and fully equipped spaces. Ideal for families with children and for groups since it is connected to Villa Lithi. The two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds as well as two separate bathrooms in each room are on either side of an equipped kitchen and living room for all comforts. Feel the peace and tranquility again with your children or your friends. Our Veranda is perfect for endless afternoons with a view and a beautiful cocktail in our comfortable armchairs.
Villa Lithi
It provides a private swimming pool and parking with the unobstructed sea view of Aegean Sea and the wonderful Polynesia of Sporades islands Feel the peace and tranquility with your children or your friends in our exclusive garden and veranda with the view to have the protagonist roll. It includes two bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds as well as a separate bathroom for every room. A furnished Veranda surroundes the house for endless afternoons, with a view and a beautiful cocktail, in the comfort of our armchairs. Equipped kitchen and living room with smart tv and radio for all comforts. Feel the peace again and tranquility with your children or your friends.
Villa Lithi combines beautifully mountain and sea, privacy and accessibility, for a different stay experience in the green island of Sporades.

Villa Pyrgos
Have you ever wanted to be the protagonist of your own fairy tale? Villa Pyrgos takes you right there, in your own fairy tale, as it is part of the castle. The whole building is handmade, with large stained glass windows for the full experience of the magnificent view and the knights! From end to end, wherever the eye faces, there is a view of the Aegean, from Mount Athos to Evia. Right next door are the historical ruins of the tower for monument lovers as well as abundant flora and fauna for nature lovers. With all the comforts that our villas provide, live your fairy tale, in the place where the filming of "Mamma Mia" took place The whole building is handmade, with large stained-glass windows, painted ceilings, wooden furnishing and mosaic on the wall. The panoramic view is breathtaking, since it is located in one of the capes of the island used for observatory. With all the comforts, luxurious indoor and outdoor services Villa Pyrgos is as unique as comfortable as it can get.
