However, the Lethi and Minoas villas have the possibility to become one for you and your group, since they are in a common location.
The unique Anania, where the villas have been built, was the summer destination for locals and visitors, as it combines the incredible view of the Aegean with the green pine forests of Skopelos.
Villa Pyrgos is located 5 kilometers from Skopelos Town, very close to Glysteri beach.
Each villa has dedicated parking and all villas are centrally located to attractions and beaches combined with privacy and tranquility.

Tradition in a modern environment

All our villas are dominated by architecture with painted walls of representations of the unique history of the island. All the buildings have paintings which capture the unchanged beauty of Skopelos from the Minoan years until today. Villa Pyrgos is built entirely of stone, while it has an impressive stained glass window, which transports to another era. The furniture is all hand-made, for a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Private pool

Each villa has its own private pool. Swimming in our pool is a mixture of relaxation, tranquility, combining the endless view of the gray-green waters of the Aegean. It is safe and specially designed for small children, where they can play and exercise. It is a romantic meeting point for every couple, because of the privacy they have

For the views offered by our luxury villas, we have received impressive reviews from our guests on international review sites. The views from each villa are panoramic, guests have the opportunity to observe wildlife in the lush pine forest that embraces the villas. During the day, one can look ahead and get lost in the view, from Mount Athos to Euboea. At night the starry sky is breathtaking, away from the big lights, one can observe even the smallest star twinkling.

Starting point of activities

The location of our facilities is the ideal starting point for many activities. You can start your hiking already to the best part of the island. Watch and identify the local flora and fauna, rich in herbs, beautiful trees, big falcons and rabbits. Without even move you have the perfect location for outdoor yoga and sports, a play day at the pool with your kids. Inside the house you will find radio and a small collection of books you can read while listening to music in our comfortable veranda.

Cultural approach

The architecture and design of the villas depicts the historical heritage of the island. Next to Villa Pyrgos are still the remains of the old tower, used as “friktoria”. A watchtower that fired alarm in case of danger. The painted ceilings picturing the orientation of the house and the local’s view of the winds. Also, the name and paintings of Villa Minoas are inspired from the first colonials of Skopelos who came from Minoan Creta alongside prince Stafilos. Brought with them a well-known wine that made “Peparitho” Skopelo’s name at the time, very known in all the Aegean islands. Additionally Villa Lithi is inspired from Greek mythology and means forgetfulness…

The house is not visible from the nearby places so it offers a peaceful, safe and tranquil environment to have your magical holidays.
